The location was unbeatable! The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. Breakfast had a great selection. I really appreciated the fresh pastries!

The room decor felt a bit dated! There was some noticeable wear and tear on the furniture. The mini-bar prices were quite high. I also found only one power outlet available near the bed.

The location was very convenient, it is a must for here. The vaporetto stops right outside, so I did not need to carry my bags over bridges.

My room felt damp, and I smelled a musty odor. It was not long ago that floods happened here, and I wondered if this was why. the breakfast did not have much variation, they served the same menu every day.

I found the room with a balcony magnificent. The included breakfast was ample. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and continental meats were available. The staff proved helpful and friendly.

The air condition was not enabled. I was offered a small fan instead. It should have been upgraded.

The hotel is very centrally located near all major tourist attractions. Transport links via boat provide direct access to and from the airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants surround the hotel.
